Create a Pay-on-Use-Returns Label through the Postage Log

You can create Endicia Pay-on-Use-Returns (EPR) shipping labels by using the shipment history method through the Postage Log. You would use shipment history method after you have printed an outbound shipping label through DAZzle, such as when your customer requests to return an item.

Steps

  1. On the Postage Log tab, locate and right-click the outbound shipping label entry, which you will have already printed.
  2. From the shortcut menu, select Create Pay-on-Use Return Label.

DAZzle displays the label on the Design tab. Note that DAZzle automatically switches the mailing and delivery addresses and defaults to the mail class and weight or the original outbound label. You can change any of the fields.

  3. Review the label, and when ready, click the Print.

You can send the EPR shipping label by email or regular mail to the customer
